Download and unzip
Get the zip below and extract it anywhere, for example on your Desktop. Nothing goes into your game folder.
Open the game and the launcher
Start Metin2 through GameForge, then open OpenBotLauncher from the OpenBot folder and pick your character.
Pick a helper and press Start
Click Show Hackbar on the right side of the screen, open a module, set it up and press Start.

Tools that keep you in the loop
OpenBot watches the game while it plays, so you hear about anything unusual straight away.
Please read: these tools lower the risk, they do not remove it. Using any bot breaks Metin2’s rules and can get an account banned. Use a character you can afford to lose, and stay near your PC while you get to know the bot.
Alarm when a GM shows up
AntiBan plays a sound and can stop your bots when a GM or another player comes close.
Never miss a message
A private message makes the game flash in your taskbar, so you can answer it yourself.
Stops on strange teleports
If the game moves you somewhere you did not choose, OpenBot notices and stops.
You stay in charge
Touch the keyboard and the bot steps aside until you let go.
Back on its feet
Auto revive gets you up after a death, and Auto-Hunt can change channel after several deaths in a row.

What’s new
Questions players ask
Is OpenBot free?
No. OpenBot runs on a pass: 7, 30 or 90 days, paid once, no subscription and no account. After paying you get a license key. Enter it on the download page, and once in the bot the first time you start it.
What happens when my pass runs out?
The bot stops its modules and asks for a key. Buy another pass and enter your existing key at checkout: the new days are added to the same key, so nothing changes in the bot.
Can I use my key on two PCs?
One PC at a time. If you start the bot on a second PC, the first one stops within a few minutes. Switching PCs is fine; sharing a key is not.
Which servers does it work on?
OpenBot is tested on the Romanian GameForge server. Other GameForge servers use the same game client and usually work, but they are not tested.
Can I get banned?
Yes, it is possible. Using a bot breaks Metin2’s rules, and no bot can promise you won’t be banned. The alarm and stop tools lower the risk. Bot on a character you can afford to lose, avoid running it all day and night, and stay close to your PC at first.
Why does my antivirus warn me?
OpenBot works together with the running game, and antivirus programs often flag tools that do that. Download it only from this site. If you want to be sure the file is the one published here, follow Check your download.
How do I update?
Download the new version and extract it over the old folder. Your settings for every character are kept.
Can I use it on several characters?
Yes. Each character remembers its own settings, and they are saved every time you change something.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings on the bar and pick English, Română, Deutsch or Türkçe, then restart the game.
The bar doesn’t show up. What now?
Close the game, start it again through GameForge and run the launcher from the character selection screen. If it still doesn’t appear, the install guide explains what to check.
